Hugo Powered website

So it was time to update my website again. Just a simple new post. My last post is litteraly over 2 years ago. So.. Not my main routine :) Although in theory very simple, I always has issues with Jekyll. Mostlikely a me-issue, but none the less quite annoying.

Meet Hugo

Back then I was also looking to Hugo. So why not make it my new project.

Both systems are using Markdown. So it was quite easy to get my previous posts in Hugo. Every post needed a slightly modification in the header section, they differ a bit in options and also depending on the theme you are using.

So spent a few good moments, and here we are. For now ;-)

I try to use as many original/own images where possible. Other images are sourced from Pixabay, found in the Royalty-free images section.
